Spring 2026 Hockey Registration

We’re gearing up for our biggest spring yet, bringing together players from across the province for a fun, competitive, and community-driven hockey experience. This is where development, confidence, and opportunity come together — and we can’t wait to have you with us. Before you begin, please fill out the information below so we can place your daughter in the correct group and city. Once submitted, our team will follow up with you in the near future with updates and next steps. A $300 deposit is required to secure your spot. The second payment will be due February 15th. There is also an optional $25 insurance add-on available at checkout for families who wish to include it. If you add the $25 insurance fee when you register, your deposit becomes fully refundable. We are finalizing coaches, managers, and ice in communities across the province to ensure we have strong, well-supported programs in as many areas as possible. This is an open invite to all girls, and once the numbers fill up, we won’t be able to add additional spots.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that hockey and all related activities (including practices, games, dryland training, scrimmages, and travel) involve inherent risks of injury. I understand and accept that Rink Rebels, its coaches, volunteers, organizers, and partner facilities are not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during participation.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in Rink Rebels activities and agree to release and hold harmless Rink Rebels from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the program.

I also give permission for Rink Rebels staff or volunteers to seek necessary medical attention in the event of an emergency, and I understand that all medical costs are my responsibility.
